Equipped with 2 pre-assembly line for head/BB parts, 1 upright assembly line (50m/round), and 1 reverse assembly line (25m). Also, Holland Mechanics are well equipped for 2 wheel building lines. All the manufacturing data of wheelset is traceable.
Yearly capacity in Year 2023 is 50,000 E-bikes, an estimated 80,000-120,000 E-bikes from the Year 2025. Becoming bonded factory in March 2021, and working towards automatic storage retrieval system in 2025.
